UPCOMING WORSHIP SERVICES:

August 28  –  "Exploring Culture in the Land of the Quetzal"  –  Elizabeth Keen   –  Elizabeth is mother of Colin and Helen Thorp, and they recently spent six months living in the remote village of Santa Maria Tzeja in Guatemala. This experience was part of a year long sabbatical Elizabeth is taking from her full time work farming at Indian Line Farm.  –  Music: Al Thorpe and Marian Rose.

September 4  –  "No Second Chances/Know Second Chances"  –  Rev. Rich Hayes – Rev. Rich Hayes is a chaplain with Hospice in the Berkshires.  Music:  Marian Rose and Ed Chastain.

September 11  –  Water Communion  –  Rev. Carol Allman-Morton  – Join us as we celebrate water and our connection to the earth.  Please bring a small sample of water with you from, or representing, a place that has been special to you this summer as we call ourselves back to the full swing of the church year.  We will name what blessings and hopes we bring to our community, represented by the water.  (We will also have water available at the service).  –   Music:  Bonnie Benson and Al Thorpe.

September 18  –  "Sanctuary – What is our sanctuary?"  –  Rev. Carol Allman-Morton   –  What is our responsibility to each other?  –  Music: Hilda Banks Shapiro, piano;  UUMSB Choir.  Share the Plate:  Berkshire Immigrant Center.

September 25  –  “Feel the Love: the transformation of self-oriented emotion into true feeling”  –  Michael Lipson  –  Michael Lipson is a Clinical Psychologist in private practice in Great Barrington. He is the author of The Stairway Surprise and Group Meditation.  –  Music:  Marian Rose.
